Continuity Errors are defined to be subtle, minor, and or big changes in the level of different aspects from the Characters, Sceneries, Objects, and or Clothing this is termed as Editing errors, Visual errors, Plot errors, Aging errors (age errors), and sometimes through majority as Deliberate continuity errors.

Friday the 13th (1980)[]

  • Pamela is seen as the "Killer" but due to Tom Savini being a minor stunt double for the character made it seem and look as if a Male was a killer and not a female.

  • In the beginning of Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood introduction it shows Jason Voorhees (Kane Hodder) in the lake still tied down at the bottom, but when the Camera pans over his body there is no utility belt.

Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan[]

  • Jason Voorhees is now fully clothed again with gloves on without any explanation.
  • Camp Crystal Lake connecting to the Ocean or to New York City.

Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday[]

  • Jason Voorhees now has the same Hockey Mask from Part VII.
  • Elias Voorhees and his relationship with Pamela.
  • Pamela having given birth to Diana Kimble despite no indication of such things.
